The Role and Your Impact
As our primary Delivery Driver, you represent the final link in our production chain. You ensure our high-quality products reach customers safely and on time. This role is highly customer-facing and requires a professional demeanor. You will interact with clients daily, providing exceptional service during every drop-off. Consequently, you play a vital role in building and maintaining our strong brand reputation.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
This position offers variety and responsibility. You will manage the following daily tasks:
- Schedule Planning: Assist the team with prioritizing and scheduling daily delivery routes.
- Vehicle Loading: Load the delivery vehicle with the correct products for each route.
- Inventory Verification: Verify all inventory loads against shipping papers before departure.
- Safe Operation: Obey all traffic laws and follow established transportation procedures strictly.
- Accurate Delivery: Unload correct products at designated destinations in perfect condition.
- Documentation: Secure customer signatures to confirm successful delivery for every order.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Inspect and maintain essential vehicle supplies like oil, fuel, and tires.
- Customer Relations: Build strong working relationships with clients during site visits.
- Factory Support: Help with internal tasks such as pallet wrapping during downtime.
