Education and Language

Main Responsibilities
The main duties include driving straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. The driver will also load and unload cargo, plan routes using GPS, and sometimes drive local or long-haul routes as part of a team or convoy.
Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance
Drivers must perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections. This includes checking tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment. They may also perform preventive maintenance and emergency roadside repairs if needed.
Records and Communication
Drivers are responsible for maintaining driver logbooks, trip reports, cargo information, and fuel consumption records. They also communicate with central dispatch and provide professional customer service during deliveries.
