2. Your Role: Mastering the Vineyard Cycle
As a Fruit Farm Worker, you will perform a wide variety of tasks throughout the year. Your expertise will ensure the health of our vines and the quality of our harvest.
Harvesting and Quality Control (The Peak Season)
From December to May, you will focus on the most critical part of our business. You will:
- Pick Grapes with Care: You must pick table and wine grapes according to strict ripeness and quality standards.
- Sort and Grade: You will inspect each bunch, remove any damaged fruit, and grade the grapes for premium packaging.
- Pack for Export: You will organize stock and pack fruit into boxes to prepare them for global export.
- Load Produce: You will operate machinery to load harvested produce onto trucks for immediate transport.

- Medical Readiness: You must complete and pass a pre-employment medical exam and a drug and alcohol check.
- Reliable Transport: You need your own way to get to and from our various vineyard sites in the Red Cliffs area.
