Key Duties and Responsibilities
Construction materials are loaded, unloaded, and transported to designated work areas using approved handling methods. Assistance is provided in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt under supervision. Salvaged materials are cleaned, sorted, and stacked for reuse or disposal. Debris, rubble, and waste are removed regularly to keep work sites safe and orderly. General labour support is provided to skilled tradespeople based on daily project requirements and supervisor instructions.

Compliance with workplace health and safety procedures remains a priority at all times. Personal protective equipment is used as required, and work areas are kept clean to reduce hazards and improve efficiency.
Physical Requirements
The role demands physical stamina, including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, bending, and performing repetitive movements. Outdoor work in varying weather conditions forms part of the regular duties.
