Employment Terms

Compensation
NMT Tire Golden Ltd. pays an hourly wage of $25.50, with compensation negotiated within established employment standards.

Key Responsibilities

During surveying activities, helpers hold stakes and support accurate measurements. Team members clean machines and surrounding work areas to maintain safe and organized conditions. Helpers complete general labour duties that support mechanical repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
Physical Demands and Conditions
This role requires physical strength and stamina. Workers lift and carry loads weighing up to 23 kilograms (50 pounds). Daily tasks involve bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods. Mechanic Helpers manage heavy workloads and perform duties efficiently in fast-paced environments while handling pressure effectively.
Tools and Safety Equipment
Employees wear steel-toed safety boots while performing duties. Workers use tools responsibly and follow safety guidelines at all times.
