Work Schedule and Lifestyle

Key Responsibilities
Reception and administration duties form the core of this role. The position involves answering incoming phone calls and greeting customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Booking appointments and managing the workshop schedule ensures efficient daily operations. Invoicing completed jobs and processing customer payments supports accurate financial records. Vehicle movement around the workshop assists technicians and maintains workflow efficiency. General customer service and administrative support help the business operate smoothly. Light cleaning duties and maintaining a tidy front-of-house area contribute to a professional and welcoming environment. Additional assistance is provided across the workshop as required.
