Euroline Windows is hiring a full-time Sales Team Lead for its Delta, BC location. This permanent position offers $31.25 per hour for 35 to 40 hours per week. The role requires on-site work during morning and day shifts, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Team Lead will supervise staff, including apprentices and team members, to ensure smooth daily operations. In addition, the role involves assigning sales workers to duties based on workload and priorities. The successful candidate will hire and train new employees or arrange appropriate training when needed.
Furthermore, the position requires establishing work schedules and coordinating team activities to meet sales objectives. The Sales Team Lead will also resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback are essential parts of the role.
Education and Experience
Applicants must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Moreover, candidates should have between one and two years of relevant supervisory or sales experience. Strong communication skills in English are required to manage staff and handle customer concerns effectively.
